SCULLING

We offer coached sculling practices for adults from late spring to early fall. These small boats are more likely to overturn than our sweep boats, so we only scull when it’s warm enough to go for an impromptu swim! Completing Adult Learn to Row is a requirement for those without prior experience. The rower is able to learn at their own pace, beginning in a stable beginner boat and graduating to a sleeker, faster boat when they are ready. Sculling is enjoyable recreationally and competitively. Some scullers love to race, while for others, it is simply a relaxing hobby.
