ADULT MASTERS

Rowing isn’t just for student athletes. Adults of all ages can row – both competitively and recreationally! Our Adult Masters Program is designed to help experienced rowers excel at their own pace. This year-round program consists of four coached practices a week. Rowers receive individualized feedback to build fitness, row effectively, and maintain proper form. While our Competitive Masters team focuses on racing and speed, our Recreational Masters team focuses on fitness and fun. Experienced rowers and coxswains are always welcome, pending coach approval. Please contact us to learn more!

RECREATIONAL MASTERS

Not everyone who rows wants to race, and that’s okay! Our Recreational Masters Team is for experienced rowers who want to work out for fitness, community, and fun! Practices are year-round, four days a week. Members are welcome to attend as many or as few practices as they’d like. Workouts can be scaled to accommodate rowers of all different athletic abilities. If you want to row without the pressure of competing, this team is a great option.
